Founding agents share a 10–15% equity pool. Vests over four years. Earlier seats carry larger grants. This is the only piece of compensation the legacy brokerages cannot match.

Ninety percent of commission to you on every deal you originate. No desk fees. No marketing tax. No transaction fees layered on top. The number you see is the number you take home.

The cohort closes at twelve. After that, agents can still join Signal — but on standard terms, with no founding equity.

You bring

  • Minimum two closed transactions in the last twelve months, or clear evidence of ramping
  • A defined sphere — buyers, sellers, referral partners
  • Comfort selling Hudson into your existing relationships
  • Opinions on what the AI should do next, and the patience to help build it
  • Cultural fit: lowercase-cool, no real-estate clichés, no theatrics
